Pfizer Announces Availability Update for Bicillin® L-A

On August 21, 2025, Pfizer released a Dear Customer letter with an update on availability of Bicillin® L-A and their plan to begin shipments to wholesalers at 35% and 40% of historical purchases including:

• Bicillin® L-A (penicillin G benzathine injectable suspension) 1.2 million Units/2 mL (600,000 units/mL) Prefilled Syringe at 35% historical purchases
• Bicillin® L-A (penicillin G benzathine injectable suspension) 2.4 million Units/4 mL (600,000 units/mL) Prefilled Syringe at 40% historical purchases
