Safe Pregnancy for HIV-Affected Couples

In this Letter to the Editor, authors encourage providers to address couples, intentions for pregnancy, and work to make fertility services available for couples affected by HIV in order to prevent perinatal transmission. They encourage the development of evidence-based clinical guidelines to combine reproductive services with HIV health care and to recognize and support the childbearing-desires of HIV-infected individuals.
