Survey on HIV Prevention and Pregnancy Planning

The AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC) is in the formative stages of the Midwest HIV Prevention and Pregnancy Planning Initiative (MHPPPI), an innovative effort aimed at increasing medical providers’ capacity to meet women’s HIV prevention and pregnancy planning needs throughout the Midwest.

In order to assess the current landscape of HIV prevention and pregnancy planning, we are asking Midwest providers of HIV primary care and reproductive health care to complete a brief, 10-minute web-based survey. Questions will ask about current attitudes and practices with regard to reproductive health assessments, HIV testing, and preconception counseling, as well as available and needed resources.

Participants will not be asked for their name or affiliation. All responses will be kept confidential and will only be available to AFC’s evaluation team. Your input is very valuable and will help inform the development of a training curriculum geared toward increasing the capacity of HIV care and reproductive health care providers.
