Social Service Providers

Social service providers can play an integral role in the prevention of HIV transmission from mother to baby. Through encouraging HIV testing and knowledge of HIV status and providing timely referrals for pregnant HIV-infected women, social service providers can have an important impact on the vulnerable populations served.
