Pregnancy Decisions of HIV-Positive Women: Editorial

The journal Reproductive Health Matters solicited papers for a special issue focused on HIV and pregnancy as a follow-up to a conference held in 2010 at the Harvard School of Public Health.  Issues around reproduction in both resource-rich and resource-poor areas are addressed, including the use of family planning resources, support for serodiscordant couples, and the postnatal needs of mothers, among other issues.  This editorial describes the genesis for this special issue and some of the topics they hope to discuss.
