Maternal ART During Pregnancy and Infant Congenital Anomalies

A study of infants from Argentina and Brazil enrolled in the NISDI Perinatal Study concluded that the prevalence of congenital anomalies after first trimester exposure to ART was similar to that after second and third trimester exposure. Additionally, the prevalence of congenital anomalies did not differ according to ARV class, specific ARVs, and any ARV exposure.
