Education of Prenatal Providers Helps to Improve HIV Testing Rates

Authors found that targeting and tailoring education to different types of prenatal providers in a specific clinic increased prenatal HIV testing from approximately 79% to over 94%, matching testing rates of other conditions such as gestational diabetes. Auditing and feedback on the trainings contributed to the increase testing rates.
