ART Adherence in Pregnancy: A Meta-Analysis

Researchers found that many barriers and challenges prevent women from being optimally adherent to antiretroviral therapy during and especially after pregnancy. Interventions are needed worldwide to address this issue to decrease perinatal transmission rates.
